The Beef Prime Rib or Côte de Boeuf in french?

Some say: « The best Côte de Boeuf in Paris ! » Only Limousine breed, our beefs are raised in France, fed only on grass and hay : certified Grass-Fed Beef. Our meat is sold on a weight basis with bone marrow, homemade sauces, french fries & green salad.

The menu?

The best Côte de Boeuf in Paris !
Some starters : duck Foie Gras, terrine & Sardinillas. Plate of French cheeses. 3 or 4 desserts depending of our Chef’sinspiration.

The beverage?

Champagne!! We are proud to offer exclusively all the références of the Maison Bollinger & Pol Roger. For wines, we mainly have organic mines with Muzard, Coche, Gilles Barge, Pierre Cotton, Vincent Gaudry, Alain Jeanniard, Antoon Jeantet Laurent, Stéphane Ogier, Luc Tardy, Philippe Pacalet, Dagueneau... and the French excellence with the 5 Premiers Grands Crus Classés : Haut-Brion, Lafite-Rothschild, Latour, Margaux et Mouton Rothschild. We also have the agreement from Pétrus and Domaine Prieuré Roch. Finally, we offer the Cognacs of Maison Remy Martin and its extremely rare Louis XIII. Armagnac is not to be outdone with a unique collection of Armagnac and Bas-Armagnac vintages from 1941 to 2005 from the Maison Darroze.

We prefer short circuits to have an exchange with the breeder and guarantee the quality and traceability of our meat. We offer you a Limousine breed. Our beefs are raised in France, fed only on grass and hay : certified Grass-Fed Beef. You will choose the weight of your Côte de Boeuf served with bone morrow, homemade sauces and fries.
